ロック統計
LOCK STATS 、テーブルまたはパーティションの統計情報をロックするために使用されます。統計情報がロックされている場合、TiDB はテーブルまたはパーティションの統計情報を自動更新しません。動作の詳細については、 統計情報のロックの動作参照してください。

テーブルtを作成し、そこにデータを挿入します。テーブルtの統計情報がロックされていない場合、 ANALYZE文は正常に実行できます。
