ロック統計
LOCK STATSは、テーブルまたはパーティションの統計をロックするために使用されます。統計がロックされている場合、TiDB はテーブルまたはパーティションの統計を自動的に更新しません。動作の詳細については、 ロック統計の動作を参照してください。

table tを作成し、そこにデータを挿入します。テーブルtの統計がロックされていない場合、 ANALYZEステートメントは正常に実行できます。
