  1. 为分支创建一个目录并进入该目录。

  2. 创建一个 branch.tf 文件:

导入 TiDB Cloud Starter 或 TiDB Cloud Essential 分支

对于未被 Terraform 管理的 TiDB Cloud Starter 或 TiDB Cloud Essential 分支,你可以通过导入操作将其纳入 Terraform 管理。

导入未通过 Terraform 创建的 TiDB Cloud Starter 或 TiDB Cloud Essential 分支,操作如下:

  1. 为新的 tidbcloud_serverless_branch 资源添加一个 import 块。

    在你的 .tf 文件中添加如下 import 块,将 example 替换为你期望的资源名称,将 ${id} 替换为 cluster_id,branch_id 的格式:

    import { to = tidbcloud_serverless_branch.example id = "${id}" }
  2. 生成新的配置文件。

    根据 import 块为新的 tidbcloud_serverless_branch 资源生成新的配置文件:

    terraform plan -generate-config-out=generated.tf

    在上述命令中不要指定已存在的 .tf 文件名,否则 Terraform 会返回错误。

  3. 审查并应用生成的配置。

    审查生成的配置文件,确保其符合你的需求。你也可以选择将该文件内容移动到你喜欢的位置。

    然后,运行 terraform apply 导入你的基础设施。应用后,示例输出如下:

删除 TiDB Cloud Starter 或 TiDB Cloud Essential 分支

要删除 TiDB Cloud Starter 或 TiDB Cloud Essential 分支,你可以删除 tidbcloud_serverless_branch 资源的配置,然后使用 terraform apply 命令销毁该资源:
