ti fs describe-file-system
显示 Filesystem 的详细信息，包括其显示名称、标签、放置位置、状态、配额和使用情况。此命令需要 TiDB Cloud API 凭证，不使用 Filesystem 访问令牌。
输出中包含 has_local_token，用于指示此机器是否具有匹配的本地令牌。可用时，配额数据还包括媒体和视频媒体内容提取限制及使用情况。

选项
--file-system-id <string>：设置不可变的 Filesystem ID。[必需]--help：显示帮助信息。--version：显示版本信息。
