Click Support on the upper right of the top navigation bar, and click Contact Support. The customer support page opens.
Sign in with your TiDB Cloud account.
Click Submit a request to submit your requests. The support team will reply within 24 hours.
Click View my requests to view your request history and communication records. You can continue to communicate with the support team before the request is closed.
